Rest assured all lessons conducted are centrally located. Florence is a tiny city- most addresses are a walk or quick taxi ride away!   • The majority of our cooking classes are located in the historic city center of Florence, exact location will depend on the cooking class format chosen, instructor available and your group size. Location varies between near the Duomo or in the Oltrarno.

  • Yes! Our private Market to Table Tuscan cooking and Fresh homemade pasta making lessons held in a chef’s private home typically host up to 6 people. Should you have a larger group sizes, we’d be happy to arrange lesson at our local partner’s culinary studio in the Oltrarno neighborhood!

  • Absolutely! We can tailor menus based on seasonal ingredients and your preferences. If there are specific dishes or techniques you want to learn, let us know and we’ll coordinate with the chef to see what’s feasible.

  • Yes! We can accommodate most dietary needs, especially for our private cooking lessons where we have the ability to customize the menu.

  • Yes! Should you like to include a shop in the market, a morning start time is required. A market shop is included in our private Tuscan cooking class, we can also arrange a market shop to any of our private cooking class formats upon request, please inquire with us directly.

  • Yes! We can arrange a customized experience that explores traditional bread baking, including schiacciata — reach out for details and a custom quote.
