If you booked an activity with us, you should have received automated confirmation letters via XOLA (our ticketing software partner). Please search “XOLA” in your inbox and spam folders before contacting us via e-mail. These automated letters contain important info such as meeting point and phone contact info you are responsible to keeping track of. If you are lost or late, please call and WhatsApp THE PHONE NUMBERLISTED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION AND REMINDER LETTERS SENT VIA XOLA and include your last name and please have all details of your activity ready (type/date/time).

If you need to cancel an activity with less than 48 hours notice, please be aware of our cancellation policy and send a written notice via WhatsApp and via e-mail to bookings(at)curiousappetitetravel(dot)com and thecuriousappetite(at)gmail(dot)com
